Your building can own a Smart Point for a monthly or one-off payment.
All Smart Points include a wide range of functionalities, including parcel administration and service management. Pricing depends on the size of the solution your building requires.
- Personalisation: Your Smart Point will include your logo on screen, as well as being physically personalised with your logo on the front of the locker.
- Onboarding and usage reporting: We work to activate the service to ensure high adoption and usage. This includes openings, events and presentations.
- ESG reporting: Every delivery made with an electric vehicle, every service provided by a local supplier and every contribution to reducing climate change and improving social value in your community through Smart Point is accounted for and always available.

For users
Once you have Smart Point installed in your building, you will need to register to become a user. Then, every time you make a purchase you will have to put in the delivery address the address of your Smart Point and in brackets indicate where you want it to be delivered. Example: 233 Spain Street (Smart Point Box Office). You can also add the user code if you remember it. When the delivery person drops off your package at the Smart Point you will receive an SMS letting you know that it is ready to be picked up. You will be able to do it in the Smart Point box with the help of your iOS or Android cell phone.
As long as your package is inside one of our lockers, no one will be able to pick it up. The only person who has the password is the buyer who is registered in our app, so no one else can access your purchase. In addition to being a secure delivery, it is confidential since no one will be able to see your package.
To register in Smart Point you can do it in two ways: 1- Scanning the QR code in one of the materials we provide to the buildings. 2- Clicking on the “Register” button that you will find on this page. With this last option you will need to know the name of your Smart Point. Generally the name of the Smart Point coincides with the name of the building. You can also find the name of your Smart Point on the vinyl stuck on it.
There is no charge for receiving or returning your purchases at the Smart Point. It is free of charge.
