Smart Point became the forerunner universal smart locker system in Spain, revolutionizing package reception from all couriers while offering a wide range of services.
2019
We launched a web-app that seamlessly integrates with the Smart Point and provides a 'Smart shop' featuring an extensive array of services for both the building and its users.
2023
We reinforced our dedication to sustainability and introduced an all-encompassing solution that fosters connections between tenants, buildings, and their local communities.
