AMOUNT RETURN POLICY The user has the right to a refund of the amount of his order in the event that he informs Mayordomo by email of his desire for a refund, before the service has been fulfilled. In the event that the service has been performed, there will be no refund available. The client will receive an email confirming the amount of the service before starting the work.

Cancellations must be reported in writing, sending an email to info@mayordomo.io. No informed cancellations will be accepted by any other means.

CANCELLATION POLICY Mayordomo reserves the right to cancel an order if it cannot make such an order. In this case, if the item is for pickup and delivery, the item will be delivered to the corresponding box office unprocessed and the customer will receive an email and sms with an access code to pick it up.

GENERAL ASPECTS The service includes the collection and delivery of goods and services, in accordance with the agreed service and terms, at the terminal selected within the network of Lava Locker S.L. under the brand Mayordomo (hereinafter “Mayordomo”). DAYS AND HOURS OF SERVICE DELIVERY Mayordomo offers a delivery service twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week. These hours may be subject to changes depending on the accessibility and / or opening of the premises in which the Mayordomo terminal is located, leaving the provision of the delivery service subject to it. Our customer service hours are from 9.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, through the contact telephone number 932502170.

TEMPORARY CUSTODY OF PACKAGES. By contracting this service, the user authorizes Mayordomo to temporary custody of those packages that he requests are delivered to him through the service offered on the mayordomo.io website.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION SYSTEM The user who requests a collection service will be assigned a Code that will need to be entered on the device for the removal of the merchandise from the selected smart ticket office, within the contracted period. Mayordomo offers its clients a complete delivery system that can be consulted on its website (www.mayordomo.io).

Mayordomo sends an SMS and an email with the unique and personal number for the reception or delivery of your packages. The User is responsible for the custody of said personal number, and it may be assigned to a third party to receive or send a package. Mayordomo is not responsible for the use of said number.

PAYMENT METHODS All the services offered by Mayordomo must be contracted through the mayordomo.io Website or by the smart ticket office network. Payments for the services provided can be made with any type of credit or debit card. Mayordomo does not have access to or store sensitive data regarding the means of payment used by the Client. Only the corresponding payment processing entity has access to this data as a way of managing payments and collections. The status of payments will be captured at the time the customer enters the web page to verify the pending payment or in the event that their data is saved with the payment processing entity in the delivery of the order. The prices of the service are detailed on the smart box office screen at the time of ordering and by email sent to the customer. The prices of each supplier can be modified without notification.

EXCLUDED MERCHANDISE The delivery of packages or objects whose content is contrary to the Law is prohibited, the client incurring the corresponding responsibilities, and Mayordomo is totally exonerated from them for this reason. The transport of weapons, poisonous or infectious substances, cash, human remains, jewelery, toxic materials, animals and inflammable or dangerous materials, etc., is prohibited.

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. LOST PROFITS Mayordomo will not be responsible for consequential or extraordinary damages, nor for lost profits, including loss of income, benefits or markets, loss of image, damages caused by the impossibility of using the contents in the packages, nor for loss of opportunity to business or any other indirect loss resulting from loss, damage, delay, incorrect delivery or non-delivery of the package.

INSURANCE CONDITIONS Insurance will apply exclusively to merchandise. Documentation shipments are insurable for the value of the printing and not for the value of creation or realization. Compensation for merchandise will only be for the replacement value and not for the sale value. The compensation of the used merchandise, in case of total loss, will suffer the depreciation corresponding to its current value, and in the case of partial breakdown of the merchandise, the provisions of the damage assessment will be indicated.

CLAIM DEADLINE For a correct management in the insurance procedure, the claim of any damage or loss detected in the merchandise object of the merchandise warehouse in an intelligent Mayordomo box office, must be made by phone or email (93 250 21 70 / hola@lavalocker.es) within a maximum period of seven (7) days, counting from the time agreed for delivery.
